FADCOM is strengthening entrepreneurship training with a visit from Fulbright specialist Stephanie Raible

The Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) at ESPOL is making progress in strengthening its students’ entrepreneurial skills through a visit by Dr Stephanie Raible, a Fulbright specialist and associate professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware, who developed a programme of work focused on analysing and strengthening the curricular redesign of the faculty’s degree programmes.

From the classroom to industry: a Product Design graduate from FADCOM shares his professional experience with students

Students in the ‘Structures and Mechanisms’ module, taught by Professor Karla Caicedo, took part in a talk with Daniel Ordóñez, a graduate of the first cohort of the Product Design degree programme at FADCOM and currently a designer at FC Construcciones, as part of a series of academic activities aimed at bridging the gap between university education and professional practice.

Lucho Mueckay, a lecturer at ESPOL’s Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM), has been honoured with two major awards that recognise his contribution to the development of the performing arts and culture in Ecuador. The first is the Killa Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by the National Association of Performing Arts (ASO-ANAE) in tribute to his extensive and distinguished artistic career.

From 8 to 23 June 2026, ESPOL’s Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) will welcome Dr Stephanie Raible, a Fulbright specialist and associate professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware, as part of an academic initiative aimed at strengthening the strategic and management skills of future professionals in the creative industries.
