
Professor Andrea Pino MSc., a faculty member of FADCOM and president of the Dry Forest Network of Ecuador, received the award as a Forest Hero. This recognition was granted by the SACHA awards. 24/01/2022

At least five projects by polytechnic students have become semi-finalists in the illustrated story competition "Seeds of change: climate change stories for children illustrated by young people". In total, there are 10 semi-finalists out of 109 entries received in the first edition.

Gabriel Peña is an urban artist born in Guayaquil. He graduated from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral with a degree in Graphic Design and Audiovisual Production.
