Patricia Caballero, a teaching assistant, earned her master’s degree in Digital Audiovisual Post-Production from the School of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication.
Dr. Jorge Polo published his latest book last December, titled *Romantics and Racists: The Ideological Origins of Spanish Ethnonationalisms*. The book, published by “El Viejo Topo,” was presented in Spain on December 10 in Madrid and on December 15 in Barcelona.
On Monday, November 29, the Comicteca was reopened at the Guayaquil Municipal Library. The opening featured exhibitions and lectures; the School of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) participated with a live demonstration of comic book and cartoon creation by representatives from the Graphic Design program.
The Quevedo Municipal Government and ESPOL signed agreements aimed at establishing the foundations and criteria upon which both institutions will carry out joint initiatives. The agreement begins with the development of the inclusive LOLY-MIDI research project. The program signed between ESPOL and the mayor’s office took place on October 7, as part of the cantonal festivities.
