Part of its commitment to community engagement and the promotion of the creative industries, ESPOL’s Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) is running a practical workshop for pupils at the Baltasara School. The event is taking place on Friday 3 July at the school’s premises, where 71 pupils are taking part in an educational experience designed to introduce them to the fields of art, design and communication through a dynamic and participatory approach.
Through this initiative, FADCOM lecturers and representatives share tools and processes specific to university education, enabling participants to develop their creativity, strengthen their problem-solving skills and learn about the academic and professional opportunities offered by the Faculty. This initiative forms part of the outreach activities promoted by FADCOM to bring university knowledge closer to the community, encouraging the exchange of experiences with secondary school students and fostering an interest in disciplines that contribute to innovation, communication and creative development. Through activities such as these, FADCOM reaffirms its commitment to nurturing future talent and creating spaces that enhance access to knowledge and provide career guidance for the younger generations.
