The Faculty of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) presents “Various Tasks,” an exhibition featuring works created by approximately 30 students in the Drawing I course, under the guidance of Professor Da Hee Park Kim. The exhibition highlights the progressive process through which students acquire and consolidate the essential fundamentals of technical drawing. The exercises begin with the representation of geometric shapes on a plane and progress toward the construction of three-dimensional forms and the application of principles of perspective.
Through these activities, students strengthen skills related to structure, proportion, precision, observation, and spatial representation. This knowledge forms a fundamental foundation for the subsequent development of more complex projects as part of their professional training.
Beyond the individual results of each exercise, “Various Tasks” allows visitors to observe the evolution of learning and the practical application of fundamental drawing concepts, demonstrating how graphic representation becomes a tool for understanding and communicating design ideas. The exhibition will be on view from August 6 through October 9, 2026, in the FADCOM exhibition spaces.
