Richard Onofre compartió con estudiantes de FADCOM las claves para gestionar proyectos audiovisuales desde la industria

ESPOL’s Faculty of Art, Design, and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM) hosted the talk “From Concept to Budget: Management and Planning of Audiovisual Projects,” an academic event led by alumnus Richard Onofre, executive producer, Lead Multimedia Producer, and Filmmaker at Breinjart ADGency, who shared tools and experiences related to the professional management of audiovisual productions.

During the event, held on July 23, students learned how a creative idea can become a viable project through proper planning, covering topics such as budgeting, identifying production costs, resource management, and strategic decision-making during a shoot.

Using real-world examples from the industry, Richard Onofre explained the importance of integrating creativity with logistical and financial management, demonstrating that the success of an audiovisual production depends as much on artistic quality as on efficient planning.

This activity is part of FADCOM’s initiatives to strengthen its students’ professional training by fostering connections with its graduates, exposing them to real-world experiences in the audiovisual sector, and providing them with tools that complement their preparation for professional practice.
