FADCOM students are honing their skills to navigate the job application process

With the goal of strengthening its students’ professional skills, FADCOM held a training session focused on employability, which addressed key aspects of successfully navigating a job interview and projecting a professional image.

The event featured Leonor Nath, an employability advisor from ESPOL’s Office of Student Engagement, who shared recommendations on preparation, effectively communicating skills and experiences, and strategies for performing confidently during the hiring process. In addition, Alejandro Gavilanes, a beauty technician at Flormar Ecuador, conducted a media makeup demonstration, offering practical advice on personal image and professional presentation when facing interviewers and cameras.

The event took place on July 14 at FADCOM and brought together students interested in strengthening the skills that will help them enter the job market. Through initiatives like this, the Faculty reaffirms its commitment to a well-rounded education, connecting its students with industry specialists and promoting the development of skills that enhance their professional growth.
