The Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of Guayaquil awarded a Certificate of Congratulation to Ecuadorian artist Luis Mueckay Arcos, in honor of his outstanding career and invaluable contribution to the country's art and culture. The award, presented on October 1, 2025, recognizes Mueckay as a leading figure in contemporary Ecuadorian art, whose work has transcended borders and generations.
