The undergraduate academic offerings of the College of Art, design, and audiovisual communication of ESPOL are associated with the broad field of Arts and Humanities of the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED).
This classification results from an international agreement formally adopted by the General Conference of the Member States of UNESCO. It has been adopted as a reference model by the Council of Higher Education (CES) for elaborating the "Regulations for the Harmonization of the Nomenclature of Professional Degrees and Academic Degrees conferred by Higher Education Institutions in Ecuador."
